Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition version 5.012 patch notes include bug and balance updates

Servers are back up and Seth is now a part of the Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition roster. Along with the new character are a handful of new patch notes for this version 5.012

Along with some general changes, everyone in the cast except for Lucia has been altered in some way. Most of these have to do with aspects like collision boxes and the way characters’ central axis move during attacks.
